Job Summary / Job Responsibilites

  • Create Project Schedules, material estimates and Manpower needs to be submitted to management.
  • Assist in documenting Project Phases and creating summary reports for Company Management.
  • Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between crews and illustrating how team members affect the success of the project.
  • Work with field personnel to handle project issues.
  • Attend Project Meetings. (In-person and conference calls)
  • Ensure Standards and Requirements are met.
  • Analyze Risks and Opportunities.
  • Break Projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Ensure crews have tools, parts, and meet project timelines.
  • Prepare Submittals.
  • Prepare closeout documents; As-Builts, drawings, and sign off documents.
  • Ensure project is delivered on-time and within Budget.
  • Utilize Project Accounting to determine project profitability.
  • Schedule National Accounts planned maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel for all company personnel as requested
  • Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation from Manufacturers and Distribution Suppliers as needed for service repair and unused merchandise.
  • All other assignments as directed by Management
